Coffee breaks can be organised for conference participants in the same or in the adjacent room, in the foyer on the conference floor or in the orangery one floor up. Refreshments are prepared depending on your wishes and with due consideration for the number of coffee breaks and/or lunch scheduled as well as your company culture and meeting procedures. Conference participants can decide whether they require our waiting services or whether they prefer more privacy. Irrespective of your choice, we recommend our special refreshments including home-made cakes, salted and hot diablotins instead of traditional salted sticks and fruit desserts. We also make sure that the lunch time does not interfere with the full execution of the conference agenda and that all guests are served in a timely manner to allow for some rest in the room or a telephone call.
