Our Conference Centre offers conference premises for the total of 200 square metres including the foyer and a multi-purpose Orangery (145 m2).
Conveniently located and easily accessible, the centre is ideal for the most discerning clientele who need to prepare a meeting for up to 160 people.
Conference organisers have our Business Suites at their disposal to ensure that any conference or meeting will be professionally prepared. Overlooking Wawel Hill, the living room is equipped with a PC, an additional handset, fax, printer, scanner and copier. Coaches and lecturers can also use a mobile business set (laptop, copier, printer and stationery) which can be delivered to the room if needed.
With the state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment in place, the conference is bound to run smoothly and effectively. During the break, conference participants can relax in the foyer or in the Orangery where coffee, snacks, desserts and buffet table sandwiches can be served. We also recommend light lunches and exquisite dinners. For your convenience we have prepared suggested menus and a broad canvas of additional services.
